An unreadable article

A person sees what a PDF says; a machine reads only what is written in its text layer.
Discoverability
If the DOI, ISSN and journal name are not machine-readable on the first page, indexes cannot match the article to your journal.
Citations and attribution
If ORCID, affiliation and corresponding-author details are not read correctly, citations are not counted and authors lose credit.
Compliance
Licence text, ethics and conflict-of-interest statements and a consistent reference list are what indexes and AI-based screening systems look for.

Which files do you check?
A single article PDF. Not issue archives or bulk files — the goal is to validate your template.
Scanned PDFs?
Files without a text layer cannot be analysed; we tell you immediately and you are not charged.

Machines cannot read logos; the name and ISSN must also appear as text. The report points this out.
What does "Compliant" mean?
All mandatory items are in place and at most three recommendations are missing. It is not an admission guarantee; indexes make their own assessment.
Is my file stored?
It is kept with the result for 90 days, then deleted; the report remains.
